Acceptable Use Terms
These Acceptable Use Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of Laces software (“Laces”), which enables you to create, upload, share, and interact with content (“Content”). You acknowledge that you are contracted by a legal entity or operate yourself as such, and that this legal entity is a client of the supplier of Laces.

By using Laces, you agree to the following Terms when using Laces:
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- You will notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.
- You will not impersonate any person or entity.
Content
- You are responsible for the Content you create and/or share.
- You will not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- You will not promote or engage in illegal activities.
Violations
- You will not create or share Content that infringes on property rights.
- You will not create or share Content that contains malware or harmful code.
Misuse
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.
- You will not interfere with or disrupt the proper working of Laces.
- You will not use bots/automated systems to interact without permission.
Copyright
- You will not copy, modify, or use Laces as an example for competitors to replicate
(parts of) Laces, nor use Laces to derive software requirements for tenders and/or to
recreate Laces.
By using Laces, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these
Terms.
